Strewing all kinds of seeds / flour - Large scale of different strewing mandrells for all kinds of toppings available; from oatmeal to sunflower seeds there is nothing a Tromp strewing unit can't strew.

Interchangeable strewing units - Each hopper with roller is easily removable and can be replaced by another hopper with roller. The strewing width is adjustable using inserts. All hoppers have transparent sides for visual volume check.

Full digital batch control - Digital control via large touch screen where you can change volume, time, seed type, amount of pans/trays per minute. You can program all your strewing units and optional water sprayers to act in an independent order to create a complete batch for example:

Continuous strewing system:
Our continuous strewing system consists of a wire mesh or poly-cord conveyor with a spraying device, and 1 or more strewing units. Strewing units: static type or with interchangeable hopper/roller. Underneath each spraying device or strewing unit is a hopper with a sieve and a container to collect the water and seed.

Optional: - Auto return system with level control.

Tromp Water Splitters - Tromp state of the art water splitters can make most any design that could be needed on Bread or Rolls.

Decojet
The Decojet series are devices suitable for splitting all kinds of dough for decorative purpose.

The spits are created with small high-pressure water streams cutting through the skin of the dough.

Each Decojet has its own pump/operating unit made of stainless steel with overflow protected water reservoir.

The Decojet I has a fixed frame built on top of your conveyor and is suitable for cutting straight cuts in the direction of movement of the product. For example Petit Pan Baguettes or Italian bread.

The Decojet II has a nozzle unit mounted for moving linear with quick precise movements. This machine is suitable for splits with variable angles, straight slits, and crosses. For some types of splits it is necessary to place stoppers in your conveyor to stop the tray when cutting. The stoppers and sensors are controlled by the Decojet II. The Decojet II is a fully programmable machine, and each program is saved on the standard touch screen.

The Decojet III is essentially the same as the Decojet II with an additional second linear. This makes it possible to create all splits on a continuous moving product. This prevents having to stop trays for cutting.
