Heating
The Den Boer High Temperature ovens can be heated by indirect, direct or impingement. Temperatures can be reached up to 450°C or even higher.

Den Boer HT stone sole oven
The typical traditional taste, form and structure of products baked on stone can be achieved in and industrial manner. Two chains are supporting the profiled natural granite stones.

Den Boer Specialist in infra red heating
Infra red burners are giving a extra boost to the baking process. Because of the IR wave length the centre of the product will be quicker on a higher core temperature. This way of heating creates a higher output of the products.

Pre assembled modelus
The entire oven is build up form pre assembled modules with a standard length of 2200 mm and a width based on the belt width. All modules are pre wired and fitted with all desired components. This enables the final configuration of the oven to be quickly completed.
