Den Boer MultiBake I

The Den Boer Multibake® I is an indirect (impingment) heated oven. By employing hot air transported at high speed to both the upper and lower side of the product. This method results in lower baking temperatures, reduced baking times along with smaller energy-saving ovens.

Everything independently adjustable
The Den Boer Multibake® I is eminently suitable for baking a diversity of products. This is possible because parameters such as temperature, air speed and humidity can be set independently per baking zone.

Adjustable plenums
The Den Boer Multibake® I plenums are constructed with specially designed nozzles. These nozzles blow hot air at high speed into the various baking zones. The height of the plenums can be automatically adjusted and this provides optimum flexibility to each product.

Moisture control
The Den Boer Multibake® I can be fitted with automatic moisture control in all zones. The moisture content of the air in the oven can be increased by means of steam injection. The condensation of the steam onto the product improves the heat transfer to the centre of the product and prevents drying out of the outer layer.

Burner and heat exchanger
These units are combined in a compact unit. The burner can run on gas, oil or electricity.
